For me, the work environment is absolutely crucial to performing well in my job. Here I know that it is high under the roof, I can ask and spar with extremely competent people and not least feel the pleasure of helping our customers. The feeling of being there for someone who really needs it is priceless. As an immigrant, there are many things that have impressed me about Averøy. I love nature and the people who live here.
