Description

Reverse osmosis - RO (reverse osmosis) - is a pressure-driven physical process of separating fresh water from seawater. The seawater is filtered before being pressed through a membrane under high pressure. Furthermore, the salts are concentrated in front of the membrane, and after various steps one is left with very pure fresh water. This is used, among other things, for desalination on well boats. RO technology is used, among other things, for freshwater treatment of fish on board well boats. Redox supplies custom RO systems to wellboats of all sizes.
