Our automatic washing system is assembled to minimize the need for manual washing. A washing system is set in motion at the touch of a button, and has automatic settings for time and pressure tables at the different zones of the plant. Step by step, the system provides for prewash, soap washing, flushing, disinfection and ozone washing.
The system consists of pumps, valves, rotary tank washers and fixed washing nozzles that are matched to each other to ensure optimal results.
Redox also offers manual washing systems for those who prefer or need to do the job themselves. We have both high pressure and low pressure systems for manual washing. Our high pressure systems come in a variety of configurations, ranging from simple motor pumps, to hydraulic or frequency-controlled pumps.
