ESG

Our organization is dedicated to ESG principles and has identified four key areas of focus.

ESG strategy

Our organization focuses on four key ESG areas to drive sustainable practices and responsible decision-making. Firstly, we prioritize enhanced fish welfare and healthy ecosystems. We strive to promote the well-being of aquatic life by implementing measures to ensure their welfare and maintaining the balance of ecosystems they inhabit.

Secondly, we emphasize the effective use of resources. Through careful resource management, we aim to minimize waste, reduce environmental impact, and optimize efficiency. This involves adopting sustainable practices and technologies that help us make the most of our resources while minimizing our ecological footprint.

Thirdly, we recognize the importance of innovative and competent people. We value a diverse and skilled workforce that can contribute fresh ideas and expertise to tackle sustainability challenges. Encouraging innovation, nurturing talent, and fostering a culture of continuous learning are integral to our approach.

Lastly, we uphold quality and transparency in everything we do. We prioritize delivering products and services of the highest standard while maintaining transparency in our operations. This includes communicating openly with stakeholders, adhering to ethical standards, and ensuring that our practices align with our stated commitments.

By focusing on these ESG areas—enhanced fish welfare and healthy ecosystems, effective resource use, innovative and competent people, and quality and transparency—we aim to drive positive environmental and social impact while maintaining a sustainable and responsible approach to our operations.

Our focus areas cover the sustainability topics that are important to us and our stakeholders
